Is the mobile app a companion app or the real thing?

The real thing. The estimate builder on mobile mirrors the web builder feature for feature: tiered good/better/best packages, optional lines, per-line frequency options, automatic discount rules, templates, and sending by email and text. Invoices, contacts, scheduling, conversations, reviews, and Suds AI are all there too.

What happens when I lose signal?

Your work doesn't vanish. Estimate and invoice edits autosave into a durable on-device outbox that survives the app being closed or killed, and syncs when you're back online. Outgoing texts queue the same way.

Can I take business calls in the app?

Yes, on Starter or higher. Receive calls in the app, dial out, and use opt-in recording and missed-call features. Starter includes 100 monthly call minutes, Pro includes 400, and Max includes 1,000.

Can I take payments in person?

Yes. Paid plans can use Square Tap to Pay from the app to take cards at the door. Saved-card charges and online invoice payments run through Stripe.

What about my crew?

Technicians get a focused view: their schedule, their jobs, clock in and out with breaks, timesheets with a proper correction-request flow, and mileage per vehicle. Owners and admins see the whole business.
