Payments

Real Stripe. Real Square. Zero markup.

Most field service tools white-label Stripe, add a percentage on top, and call it a feature. We connect you directly to the payment processors your customers already trust, and charge exactly what they charge. Nothing more.

The ShineCRM invoice list with paid, sent, and overdue invoices

The ledger: Every invoice and where it stands

Paid, sent, overdue, at a glance. The list is the morning coffee read: who owes what, and what needs a nudge.

The receipt: Reconciled to the job that earned it

Every payment ties back to its invoice, its job, and its customer. Processor fees are logged per transaction, ready for the bookkeeper as a CSV.

The money: Job done. Invoice out. Money in.

Card payments run through your own Stripe or Square account at their standard rates. ShineCRM adds zero markup, ever.

Why zero markup

Some CRMs tack their own percentage onto card payments you're already paying Stripe to process. They add nothing to the transaction. ShineCRM was built by an operator who refused to keep paying that toll: we make money on a flat subscription, and your payments stay between you and your processor.

Direct integration

Your customers already trust Stripe and Square.

When a customer fills out a payment form, they see Stripe or Square branding, not a wrapper they've never heard of. Familiar surfaces convert. Custom payment forms from no-name CRMs add friction at the worst possible moment.

You own the account

Your Stripe and Square accounts belong to you.

We don't hold your processor relationship hostage. Your accounts are yours. If you ever leave, you sign in to Stripe or Square and keep going. No data migration, no payout pause, no drama.

In person, at the door

Tap to pay with Square, the moment the job ends.

Your crew can take a tap-to-pay at the door, on the truck, anywhere. No tiny-screen card entry, no "I'll pay when I find my chequebook."

Branded invoices

Or send a Stripe invoice that looks like you.

For card not present, a branded invoice powered by Stripe. Your logo, your colors, a payment page customers already trust. They click pay, you get paid.

Card on file

Require a card on file before a quote is accepted.

Toggle it on per estimate and the customer saves a card before they can sign. No more chasing payment after the job is done. No more clients who accept the quote and ghost on the deposit.

Step 01

Toggle the requirement

Turn on "card on file required" when you send the estimate.

Step 02

Customer saves a card

They enter card details in a Stripe or Square sheet they recognize.

Step 03

Charge on schedule

Run deposits, milestones, or final payment from the card you already have.

Every Stripe and Square fee is logged against its transaction. Pull a CSV at tax time and hand it to your bookkeeper. No spreadsheets, no surprise gaps.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What payment processors does ShineCRM support?

ShineCRM integrates with Stripe and Square. You connect your own processor account, ShineCRM charges through it, and the funds settle directly into your bank account. ShineCRM does not take a per-transaction markup.

Can I require a card on file to accept a quote?

Yes. Estimates can require a saved card before the customer signs. Once approved, deposits charge automatically and the final invoice charges against the saved card when the job completes, with no chasing.

Does ShineCRM charge a payment processing markup?

No. ShineCRM does not add a markup on payments. You pay Stripe or Square's standard processing rates directly, and ShineCRM keeps zero percent of the transaction.

How do payments connect back to jobs and invoices?

Every payment is reconciled to the estimate or invoice that triggered it, and the job that generated the invoice. You can see the full money trail (estimate signed, deposit charged, job completed, final charge) on a single customer profile.
