Every paid plan processes Stripe card payments 0.4% cheaper than Free, because paid plans carry no ShineCRM fee on card processing. That holds permanently, at whatever rate your own processor charges.

Yes. Free includes up to 1,000 contacts, three users, unlimited quotes, jobs, and invoices, and one GB of file storage.
Paid plans include hard allowances for outgoing SMS, outgoing MMS, calling, recording and transcription, and AI credits. The related action pauses at the limit, so there is no surprise overage charge. Allowances reset at the start of each Stripe subscription period. Confirmed plan changes safely update the current period without erasing usage already consumed or reserved.
Credits used by completed AI work vary with its metered size, model, and duration, so longer or more complex work can use more credits. Starter includes 10,000 credits, Pro includes 20,000, and Max includes 60,000.
Keep Your Number is a $5/month downgrade option for customers who already have a ShineCRM number. The number stays reserved while calling and texting are paused. Upgrade again to restore service.
No. Paid plans are month to month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing boundary.
Paid plans add no ShineCRM platform fee. You pay your connected processor's own rates. Free carries a 0.4% ShineCRM fee on Stripe card payments, so paid plans process those Stripe payments 0.4% cheaper. Square in-person payments are available on paid plans and carry no ShineCRM platform fee.
Starter, Pro, and Max include the entitlement. The operator API and MCP server are still in development, so access is marked coming soon until those interfaces are released.
